1. Import EML and MSG files

Entry path: Mail Settings → Mail Tools → Data Sync

  1. Open WPS Mail and click the Settings button in the upper-right corner to enter Mail Settings.
  2. In the left navigation pane, select Mail Tools, then open Data Sync.
  3. Click Import eml, msg files.
  4. Choose the mailbox location where you want to import the files.
  5. Choose the target mailbox address or cloud location.
  6. Click Select File, choose the local .eml or .msg file, and wait for the upload to finish.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: After the import finishes, the selected mailbox location shows the imported message.
  • What you can do next: You can open the message, review the content, download attachments, or move the message.

Tips While Using
