1. Export a Message as EML or MSG

Entry: Open the target message → go to the message details area → click More → select Export → choose Export as eml or Export as msg

  1. Open the message that you want to export.
  2. In the message details area, click the More icon on the right side.
  3. In the drop-down menu, click Export.
  4. Select Export as eml or Export as msg.
  5. In the save dialog box, choose a local save location.
  6. Click Save to finish the export.

  • Interface result: a save dialog box appears and lets you choose a local folder.
  • What you can do next: after saving, you can find the .eml or .msg file in the selected local directory.
