1. Quickly Add a Blacklist Entry
Entry path: Message list → Right-click → Add to Blacklist
- Select an email in your inbox.
- Right-click the message.
- Select Add to Blacklist.
- After the action is completed, the sender is added to the blacklist and the message is moved to the Junk folder.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: You can see the Add to Blacklist option in the right-click menu and complete the action.
- What you can do next: You can return to the message list and continue processing other emails.
- No side effect: The rule takes effect without restarting the client.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: Make sure you selected a message from the sender you really want to block, so important contacts are not added by mistake.
- Environment note: Mailbox sync should be working normally so you can see the updated message status in time.
2. Manually Manage Blacklist and Allowlist
Entry path: Mail settings → Mail settings → Black/White List
- Open WPS Mail.
- Click Settings in the upper-right corner to open mail settings.
- Open the Blacklist or Allowlist tab.
- Click Add.
- Enter the email address or domain you want to add, such as
@example.com. - Click Confirm to apply the setting.
- To remove an entry, click Delete next to that address or domain in the list.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The newly added email address or domain appears in the blacklist or allowlist.
- What you can do next: You can continue adding, deleting, or switching to the other list type.
- No side effect: The setting takes effect immediately after it is saved.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: When entering a domain, check the format carefully so you do not miss
