FAQ
Will all emails from a domain be received after I add that domain to the white list?
- Yes. After you add a domain to the white list, emails sent from addresses under that domain are handled by the white list rule.
- If you enter a domain rule such as
@company.com, mail from addresses under that domain is treated as allowed. - It is recommended to add only trusted domains to the white list.
Where do emails from blocked senders go?
- When you add a sender to the block list from the message list, the current message is moved to the Junk folder automatically.
- Future messages from that sender are handled by the block list rule instead of appearing as normal inbox mail.
- If you want to receive mail again, remove the address or domain from the block list.
Do I need to restart the app after changing the black or white list?
- No.
- The black and white list settings take effect after they are saved.
- If the interface does not refresh right away, check your network connection or reopen the settings page to confirm the rule status.
