1. Add a sender to the blacklist from the message list

Entry: Message list page → right-click menu → Add to Blacklist

  1. In the message list, right-click the email you want to manage.
  2. In the shortcut menu, select Add to Blacklist.
  3. In the confirmation dialog, click Confirm.
  4. The sender address is added to the blacklist, and future messages from that sender go to the Junk folder automatically.
