1. Quickly Add to the Block List

Entry: Message list → Right-click → Add to Block List

  1. Select an email in your inbox.
  2. Right-click the message.
  3. Select Add to Block List.
  4. Confirm that the sender is added to the block list and the message moves to the Junk folder.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected message no longer stays in the original inbox position and appears in the Junk folder.
  • What you can do next: Future messages from the same sender are handled by the block list rule.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Make sure you selected the correct sender before blocking, especially for important contacts.

2. Manually Manage the Black and White Lists

Entry: Mail Settings → Mail Settings → Black/White List

  1. Open WPS Mail and click Settings in the upper-right corner to enter mail settings.
  2. Open the Black/White List page.
  3. Select either the Black List tab or the White List tab.
  4. Click Add.
  5. Enter the email address or domain you want to add, such as @example.com.
  6. Click Confirm to apply the rule.
  7. If you want to remove a rule, find the target address or domain in the list and click Delete.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new email address or domain appears in the selected list.
  • What you can do next: You can continue adding, deleting, or switching between the Black List and White List tabs.
  • No side effect: Mail rules for senders outside the configured lists remain unchanged.
