How-to Guide

1. Save a Document

Entry: Top menu bar → Save

  1. Create or edit a document.
  2. Tap Save in the top menu bar.
  3. The current document is saved to the selected location.
  4. If this is the first save for a new document, follow the prompts to choose the save path, file name, and file format.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The document is written to the selected location.
  • What you can do next: You can keep editing, close the document, or use Save As again.

  • For a first-time save, confirm the file name, format, and location before finishing.

2. Save As to a Selected Location

Entry: Top menu bar → More → Save As

  1. Tap the top menu bar.
  2. Tap More, then select Save As.
  3. Set the file name and choose a file format from .DOC, .DOCX, or .TXT.
  4. In the location selection screen, choose device storage, cloud documents, or another location.
  5. Tap Save to finish.

3. Save to Local

Entry: Top menu bar → More → Save to Local

  2. Tap More, then select Save to Local.
  3. In the system location list, choose iCloud Drive, On My iPhone, or another available cloud drive service.
  4. Confirm the location to complete the save.
