1. Save a Document

Entry: Top menu bar → Save

1. Create a document or edit an existing document.
2. Tap Save on the top menu bar.
3. The document is saved to the current assigned location.
4. If this is the first time you save a new document, choose the save path, file name, and file format as prompted.

Success Criteria

• The current edits are saved.
• After the first save, the document has a file name and a save location.
• You can continue editing the document.

Tips While Using

• During the first save, you need to finish choosing the path, name, and format before the save is completed.
• If device storage is low, the save may not finish successfully.

2. Save As to a Selected Location

Entry: Top menu bar → More → Save

1. Tap More on the top menu bar.
2. Find Save in the drop-down menu and tap it.
3. In the path selection screen, choose local storage, WPS Cloud, or added cloud storage.
4. Change the file name or file format if needed.
5. Tap Save to finish.

Success Criteria

• The document is saved to the selected location.
