How long are collaboration records kept?

  1. Collaboration records keep the latest 1000 operation records.
  2. After the limit is reached, older records are overwritten by newer ones.
  3. If you need a broader change review, use version history together with collaboration records.

Can I see exactly what was changed?

  1. Collaboration records show the action type and a content summary.
  2. If you need more detailed differences, open version history from the History entry.
  3. Using both views together makes it easier to locate the exact change.

Are actions from non-collaborators recorded?

  1. Only actions from collaborators with editing permission are recorded.
  2. Users with view-only access do not create collaboration records.
