How-to Guide
1. Download a Cloud Document
Entry: File action button → Download
- Open the cloud document.
- Click the file action button in the upper-left area.
- Select Download.
- Choose a save location.
- Click Save.
Success Criteria
- On-screen result: A save dialog appears or the file finishes saving.
- Next action available: You can find the downloaded file in a local folder.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the target cloud document is not open first, you cannot use this entry to download the current file.
- Environment note: An internet connection is needed during download.
2. Right-Click Download a Cloud Document
Entry: File list right-click menu → Download
- Go to the file list without opening the file.
- Right-click the cloud document you want to download.
- Select Download from the menu.
- Choose a save location.
- Click Save.

- On-screen result: The download starts or the file is saved.
- Next action available: You can open the local copy on your Mac.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you right-click outside the target file, the menu will not apply to that file.

3. Batch Download Files
Entry: My Cloud Documents → Select multiple files → Right-click menu → Batch Download/Update
- Open My Cloud Documents.
