Why can't I see the batch download or batch export option?
- Make sure you are in My Cloud Documents or the cloud file list.
- Make sure you have selected multiple files.
- If the option still does not appear, check whether your account has WPS Premium.
Where are downloaded cloud documents saved?
- Check the save location shown in the system save dialog during download.
- Select the folder where you want to save the file.
- After the download finishes, open that local folder to find the file.
Can I download a file without opening it first?
- Yes. Go to the file list and find the target cloud document.
- Right-click the file.
- Select Download and save it locally.
Do I need to open every file before batch export?
- No. You do not need to open files one by one first.
- Open My Cloud Documents and select multiple files.
- Use the right-click menu to run Batch Export directly.
