How do I batch export attachments and images from the current datasheet?

  1. Open the Spreadsheet page you want to process.
  2. Click Export Data in the top toolbar.
  3. Select Compressed File to export the current view.
  4. Check the export result for the separately saved visible images and attachments.

Does the original file stay after export?

  1. Run the export action normally.
  2. The export creates a new file result, a current-location result, or a compressed package.
  3. The original datasheet stays unchanged and can still be viewed or edited.

What should I do if fewer attachments appear after export?

  1. Go back to the original table and check whether the related images and attachments are still valid.
  2. Confirm whether the export method supports the current image or attachment fields.
