Is the exported data real-time?

  1. The export uses the latest data currently shown in the dashboard.
  2. After export is complete, the file does not update automatically with later source changes.
  3. If the dashboard data changes, export it again.

Why is the pasted image not the latest dashboard view?

  1. Confirm that the dashboard was refreshed to the target state before you copied it.
  2. Run Copy as Image again.
  3. Paste it right away so the clipboard is not replaced by other content.

When should I use PDF and when should I use an image?

  1. Use Export to PDF for formal sending, printing, or archiving.
  2. Use Copy as Image when you need to paste the result quickly into chat, email, or a document.
  3. Use Export as Image when you want a saved visual file for slides or reports.
