1. Export to Multidimensional Table

Entry path: Click File → Export to Multidimensional Table

  1. Click the File tab in the upper-left area to open the drop-down menu.
  2. Select Export to Multidimensional Table.
  3. Choose Whole Table or Current Datasheet.
  4. Complete the export to convert the selected content into a multidimensional table.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: export options appear and you can choose the export scope.
  • Next action available: after the export finishes, you can view the generated result in the target location.

2. Toolbar Data Export

Entry path: Click Export Data in the top toolbar

  1. Click Export Data in the top toolbar to open the drop-down menu.
  2. Select the export method you need.
  3. If you choose Export to New File, WPS exports visible fields and records on the current page. Images can be exported with the table, while attachments are not supported in this method.
  4. If you choose Export to Current, WPS exports visible records on the current page. Hidden fields are not exported, and image and attachment fields are not supported in this method.
  5. If you choose Compressed File, WPS exports visible fields and records in the current view and separately saves visible images and attachments.
