How to Use WPS Download on macOS

How-to Guide

1. Export to PDF

Entry: Dashboard view → upper-right ... menu → Export Data → Export to PDF

  1. Open the target Smart Spreadsheet.
  2. Switch to dashboard view.
  3. Click the ... More menu in the upper-right corner.
  4. Select Export Data.
  5. Click Export to PDF to finish the export.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: WPS starts generating a PDF file for the current dashboard view.
  • What you can do next: You can send, archive, or print the exported PDF.

Tips While Using

  • The exported file is a snapshot of the current dashboard view.
  • If the underlying data changes, export the dashboard again to get an updated file.

2. Copy as Image

Entry: Dashboard view → upper-right ... menu → Export Data → Copy as Image

  1. Open the target Smart Spreadsheet and switch to dashboard view.
  2. Click the ... More menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Export Data.
  4. Click Copy as Image.
  5. Paste the copied image into the target app.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The current dashboard snapshot is copied to the clipboard.
  • What you can do next: You can paste it into a document, email, or chat window.

Tips While Using

  • The copied image reflects the current display state, so confirm the dashboard is updated before copying.
  • If the clipboard is overwritten, run Copy as Image again.

3. Export as Image

Entry: Dashboard view → upper-right ... menu → Export Data → Export as Image

  1. Open the target Smart Spreadsheet and switch to dashboard view.
  2. Click the ... More menu in the upper-right corner.
  3. Select Export Data.
  4. Click Export as Image.
  5. Save the generated image file.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: WPS generates an image file for the current dashboard view.
  • What you can do next: You can insert the image into a document, slide deck, or message.

Tips While Using

  • Image export is suitable for sharing the current visual result and does not update automatically after export.
  • Choose a local save location that is easy to find later.
