1. View Shared Files

Feature entry: WPS home page left sidebar → Share

  1. Open WPS.
  2. Click Share in the left sidebar.
  3. Review and manage shared folders, files you received, and files you sent.
  4. Switch between Shared Folders, Received, and Sent to view different content.
  5. If needed, click New Shared Folder in the upper-right area to create an empty shared folder.
  6. If you need to adjust sharing for a file, click the blue Share button on the right side of that file.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You can see entries for shared folders, received files, and sent files.
  • Next action available: You can create a shared folder or continue to file sharing management.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you are not signed in, the full shared list may not load as expected.

2. Shared List Settings

Feature entry: Top area of the Share page

  1. Open the Share page.
  2. Use All Types at the top of the list to filter shared files by type.
  3. Use Size to sort by file size.
  4. Use Recent Modification to sort by file recency.
  5. Click Settings to adjust sorting, view mode, or custom list options.
  6. Click File Information to view details for the selected file.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The list order, filter result, or view setting changes.
  • Next action available: You can continue to locate and manage the target file.
