1. Import from the Desktop Client

Entry path: My Cloud Docs → Import → Import from Other Accounts

  1. Open the WPS desktop client and sign in to the destination account that will receive the files.
  2. Click My Cloud Docs in the left panel.
  3. Click the Import button at the upper right.
  4. Select Import from Other Accounts.
  5. Sign in to the source account that contains the files you want to move.
  6. Select the documents you want to transfer and confirm the import.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the imported files appear in the destination account.
  • What you can do next: you can open, organize, or move the imported files in the current account.

Tips While Using

  • Complete the destination-account and source-account sign-in steps on the same device.
  • Make sure the destination account has enough cloud storage before you start.

2. Migrate Through a Shared Folder

Entry path: Source account → New shared folder → Add destination account

  1. Create a shared folder in the source account.
  2. Move the files you want to transfer into the shared folder.
  3. Add the destination account as a shared member.
  4. Open the shared folder from the destination account.
  5. Copy the files into the destination account's own cloud document space.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the copied files appear in the destination account's own cloud space.
  • What you can do next: the copied files can be organized independently without staying in the shared folder.

Tips While Using

  • After the destination account is added as a member, the destination account still needs to copy the files to complete the migration.
