  6. After completion, the member can no longer sign in to WPS 365, but the member profile and document data remain.

Success Criteria

  • What you can do next: The administrator can still view the member information and re-enable the account later.
  • No unwanted effect: Member information and document data remain in the enterprise environment.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Check the target member carefully before confirming so the wrong account is not disabled.
  • Permission requirement: You need permission to enter the admin console and manage members in the organizational structure.
  • Result impact: After disabling, the member cannot sign in or continue using enterprise services.

  1. Open the Organizational Structure page.
  2. In the filter options, select Disabled.
  3. Find the member you want to restore.
  4. Click the Enable button at the top of the page.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The target member returns to normal active status.
  • What you can do next: The member can sign in again and access enterprise services.
  • No unwanted effect: The original member information remains, and the account does not need to be created again.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Confirm the member identity and timing before reactivation so access is not restored too early.
  • Permission requirement: You need permission to manage member status.
  • Environment note: Before the member resumes use, make sure the account does not have other sign-in restrictions.
