How-to Guide
1. Add Custom Member Fields
Entry: Admin Console → Directory → Member Fields → Add Custom Field
- Open the WPS365 client and click Admin Console from the lower-left area of the client home page.
- In the left navigation pane, click Directory.
- Click Member Fields, then click Add Custom Field.
- Enter a field name, such as job level or onboarding date.
- Select a field type: text, option, or webpage.
- Click OK to create the field.
- After the field is created, update member information manually in Directory - Organization Structure, or use Directory - Batch Import/Update to import or update member information with Excel.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new custom field appears on the Member Fields page.
- Next action available: The field can be filled in on member profiles or used in a batch import template.
Tips While Using
- Permission: Directory management permission in the admin console is required.

2. Manage Custom Fields
Entry: Member Fields page
- Open the Member Fields page.
- Click the field filter and set the filter to Custom Fields.
- Review all existing custom member fields.
- Edit the field name, type, or related settings as needed.
- Delete a field if it is no longer needed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The filtered list shows all custom fields.
- Next action available: You can complete edits or deletion and then review the changes in member profiles.
