1. Open member field settings
Entry path: Admin Console → Directory → Member Fields → More Settings
- Open the WPS 365 client.
- On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left area.
- In the left navigation pane, click Directory.
- Click Member Fields, then click More Settings.

2. Choose fields that members can edit
Entry path: Member Fields page → More Settings → Edit
- Review the list of business card information fields.
- Click Edit to enter edit mode.
- Select the fields that members are allowed to update by themselves.
- Leave other fields unselected if they should remain admin-only.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target fields are selected or cleared as intended.
- Next action available: You can continue adjusting permissions for other fields.
Tips While Using
- Name and department are not intended for member self-editing in the feature guidance.

3. Save the settings and review the result
Entry path: Field editing page → Save
- After selecting the required fields, click Save.
- Record which fields members are allowed to edit.
- Confirm that unselected fields remain editable only by administrators.
- Inform members about the profile fields they can update if needed.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The settings are saved successfully.
- Next action available: Members can later edit the fields allowed by the configuration.
