How-to Guide

1. Set a Card Cover

Entry: Kanban view top toolbar → Card Management → Card Cover

  1. Switch to Kanban View in the left navigation area.
  2. Click Card Management in the top toolbar.
  3. Open the Card Cover drop-down list in the panel.
  4. Select the field you want to use as the cover.
  5. Under Cover Style, choose Fit or Crop.

Success Criteria

  • The front of each card shows the selected cover content.
  • The cover display changes after you switch between Fit and Crop.

Tips While Using

  • Fit tries to keep the full image visible and may leave blank space.
  • Crop fills the card area, but image edges may be trimmed.
  • The cover setting affects the current kanban view display.

2. Hide or Show Fields

Entry: Top toolbar → Card Management → Field Management → eye icon next to a field

  1. Click Card Management in the top toolbar.
  2. Review the current field list in Field Management.
  3. Click the eye icon next to a field to hide it.
  4. Click the same icon again to show it again.

Success Criteria

  • Hidden fields no longer appear on the front of the card.
  • Shown fields appear on the card again.

Tips While Using

  • Hiding a field changes card display only and does not remove the field itself.
  • Keeping only high-frequency fields such as owner, status, and due date can make cards easier to scan.

3. Edit or Delete Fields

Entry: Top toolbar → Card Management → Field Management → three-dot icon next to a field

  1. Click Card Management in the top toolbar.
  2. Find the target field in Field Management.
  3. Click the three-dot icon next to that field.
  4. Select Edit to change field settings, or select Delete to remove the field.
  5. Complete the remaining prompts in the interface.

Success Criteria

  • Choosing Edit opens the field settings for further changes.
  • Choosing Delete and confirming removes the field from the current data structure.

Tips While Using

  • Before deleting a field, confirm that your team no longer needs it.
  • Removing a field can affect card content display, so review dependencies first.
