How-to Guide
1. Create a Cover
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Cover Content
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- Open Cover Content in the pop-up panel.
- Select No Cover if you do not want to show a card cover.
- Select Existing Field Content to use an existing image or attachment field as the cover.
- Select Add Cover to create a new image and attachment field for the cover source.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card cover area is shown or hidden based on your selected option.
- Next action: You can continue to cover display settings or field management.
Tips While Using
- If the record does not contain an available image or attachment field, the cover may not display as expected.
- After adding a cover field, upload or attach the related content so the card can display it properly.
2. Change Cover Display
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Cover Display
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- Open Cover Display in the pop-up panel.
- Select Fit to make the cover adapt to the display area.
- Select Crop to crop the cover to the card area.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The card cover changes to Fit or Crop mode.
- Next action: You can return to the board and compare the display result.
Tips While Using
- Different image proportions may produce different results in Fit and Crop modes.
- Choose the display mode that keeps the most important visual content visible.
3. Add a Field
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- Open Card Management.
- Tap Add Field.
- Return to the card to review the display result after the field is created.

4. Edit a Field
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Edit

- Open Card Management.
- Tap Edit next to the target field.
- Change the field name and field type.

- Interface result: The field name or field type is updated successfully.
- Next action: The updated field can continue to be used on cards.

- Before changing a field type, confirm whether the change will affect how existing record content is displayed.
5. Reorder Fields
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Drag fields
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- Open Card Management.
- Press and hold or drag a field title.
- Move the field left or right to change its order.
- Return to the board and confirm that the card layout matches your expectation.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The field display order on the card changes.
- Next action: Collaborators can view the updated field arrangement.
Tips While Using
- Field order changes are shared with collaborators.
- Place key information such as status, owner, or due date earlier in the card when needed.
6. Hide a Field
Entry path: Bottom toolbar → Tools → Card Management → Hide
- Tap Tools on the bottom toolbar.
- Open Card Management.
- Tap Hide next to the field.
- Tap the same control again if you want to show the field later.
