How long does a custom organization visibility rule take to apply?

  1. After you save a custom rule, it usually takes about 3 minutes to apply.
  2. Wait a short time and then check the directory display again.
  3. If the rule still does not apply after a longer period, review the rule conditions and contact WPS support if needed.

Does organization visibility scope affect document collaboration?

  1. No.
  2. Organization visibility scope only affects what appears in the directory.
  3. Document collaboration and sharing can continue through the existing sharing links and permissions.

Can new members see a hidden department?

  1. After a new member joins the enterprise, their view follows the current visibility rules.
  2. If the new member is not included in an exception scope, they also cannot see the hidden department.
  3. If needed, adjust the applicable rule for that member.
