1. View Hit Records

Entry: Admin Console → Security Control → Sensitive Word Settings → View Hit Records

  1. Open the WPS365 client.
  2. On the client home page, click Admin Console in the lower-left corner.
  3. In the left-side list, click Security Control to expand the menu.
  4. Click Sensitive Word Settings.
  5. On the View Hit Records page, search for sensitive-word trigger records.
  6. Filter records by time and sensitive word conditions to search hit records from the past year.
  7. Review the channel, sender, sent content, send time, and matched sensitive word in the trigger list.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: you can open the View Hit Records page and see the record list.
  • Next action available: you can continue filtering records or move on to export.

Tips While Using

  • Permission note: this feature requires a super administrator account or an account with the required admin permissions.
  • Environment note: a network connection is needed to access the admin console and retrieve records.

2. Export Hit Records

Entry: View Hit Records → Export

  1. First open the View Hit Records page.
  2. Set the time range or sensitive word filters as needed.
  3. Click the Export button on the right.
  4. Export the filtered records as an .xlsx spreadsheet and save it locally.
  5. Use the exported file for filing or follow-up review as needed.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: after export finishes, a corresponding .xlsx file is generated locally.
  • Next action available: you can open the exported spreadsheet for filing, review, or reporting.
