1. Open the default reading mode setting
Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Preferences → Open Cloud Document in Reading Mode by Default
- Open the WPS365 client.
- Click Admin Console at the lower-left corner of the home page.
- Click Security Control in the left panel.
- Click Document Security in the expanded list.
- Find Open Cloud Document in Reading Mode by Default under Preferences.

- Interface result: You are on the document security settings page and can see the target switch.
- Next action available: You can continue to turn on the switch and save the setting.
Tips While Using
- Permissions or membership: This feature requires an enterprise plan and admin-console access.

2. Turn on default reading mode and save
Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Preferences
- Turn on the switch for Open Cloud Document in Reading Mode by Default.
- Click Save.
