1. Open the default reading mode setting

Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Preferences → Open Cloud Document in Reading Mode by Default

  1. Open the WPS365 client.
  2. Click Admin Console at the lower-left corner of the home page.
  3. Click Security Control in the left panel.
  4. Click Document Security in the expanded list.
  5. Find Open Cloud Document in Reading Mode by Default under Preferences.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: You are on the document security settings page and can see the target switch.
  • Next action available: You can continue to turn on the switch and save the setting.

2. Turn on default reading mode and save

Entry path: Admin Console → Security Control → Document Security → Preferences

  1. Turn on the switch for Open Cloud Document in Reading Mode by Default.

  4. If you need to make changes, click Edit at the top of the document to switch to editing mode.
