1. Configure Mobile Security Settings

Entry path: Enterprise Admin Console → Security Management → Chat Security → Mobile Security Settings

1. Open the WPS365 client, then click Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
2. Click Security Management in the left-side list.
3. Click Chat Security in the expanded menu.
4. Click Mobile Security Settings, then click Edit to open the policy configuration page.
5. Configure Content Sharing Control as needed.
6. Configure the Allowlist as needed.
7. Click Save to apply the configuration.

Success Criteria

• Interface result: You can open the Mobile Security Settings page and see editable policy items.
• Next action: After saving, you can return to the security management area and review the current configuration.

Tips While Using

• Common mistake: If you look for the edit button before opening the Mobile Security Settings page, you may not find the correct entry.
