FAQ

Why can’t I find the Mobile Security Settings entry?

  1. Confirm that you have opened the WPS365 client and entered the Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
  2. Open Security Management in the left-side list.
  3. Open Chat Security and check whether Mobile Security Settings appears.
  4. If the entry still does not appear, verify that your account has the required admin permissions.

Why don’t I see the effect immediately after configuring content sharing control?

  1. Confirm that you clicked Save after finishing the configuration on the edit page.
  2. Check whether the network connection is working normally so the save action can be submitted successfully.
  3. Return to the Mobile Security Settings page and confirm that the updated settings are still shown.
  4. If your organization uses an internal notice process, inform users after the policy update is completed.

When should I configure the allowlist?

  1. Open the Mobile Security Settings page and click Edit.
  2. Find the Allowlist section on the policy configuration page.
  3. Configure the allowlist according to your organization’s rules.
  4. Click Save so the allowlist and other security settings take effect together.
