Why can’t I find the Mobile Security Settings entry?
- Confirm that you have opened the WPS365 client and entered the Admin Console from the lower-left area of the home page.
- Open Security Management in the left-side list.
- Open Chat Security and check whether Mobile Security Settings appears.
- If the entry still does not appear, verify that your account has the required admin permissions.
Why don’t I see the effect immediately after configuring content sharing control?
- Confirm that you clicked Save after finishing the configuration on the edit page.
- Check whether the network connection is working normally so the save action can be submitted successfully.
- Return to the Mobile Security Settings page and confirm that the updated settings are still shown.
