  3. Click Security Control in the left-side list.
  4. Click Document Security.
  5. Open the Online Document Hyperlink Click Safety Reminder page.

2. Add a Domain That Requires a Reminder

Entry point: Online Document Hyperlink Click Safety Reminder page → Add

  1. On the Online Document Hyperlink Click Safety Reminder page, click Add.

3. Edit or Delete an Added Domain

Entry point: Online Document Hyperlink Click Safety Reminder page → Action area to the right of an added domain

  1. Open the Online Document Hyperlink Click Safety Reminder page.
  2. Find the target domain in the added domain list.
  3. Click Edit on the right to update the domain address and text description.
  4. If you want to remove the rule, click Delete on the right.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The edited content is updated, or the target domain is removed from the list.
  • Next actions: You can continue maintaining other domain rules.
