1. Create a Creator Field

Entry path: Click the + button on the right side of the table header → field type list → Creator

  1. Open the multi-dimensional table that you want to edit.
  2. Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
  3. In the field type list, select Creator.
  4. Enter a field name.
  5. Click OK to finish creating the field.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: a new Creator field column appears in the table.
  • What you can do next: after a new record is added, the corresponding creator information appears in that column.
  • No side effect: the field value is maintained by the system and does not require manual input.

Tips While Using

  • The Creator field is generated by the system and cannot be edited manually.
  • Even if you do not add this field, the system still keeps creator information for the record.
  • You can combine this field with filters and groups to review data by creator.
