1. Add a Word Cloud component to a dashboard
Entry path: Dashboard interface → "+ Add Component" → Charts → "Word Cloud"
- Open the dashboard interface.
- Click "+ Add Component" in the upper-left area.
- In the component panel, find "Word Cloud" under the Charts category.
- Click "Word Cloud" to generate a default chart component.
- Click the component to enter editing mode and continue with data setup.

2. Edit or export a Word Cloud chart
Entry path: Click the added chart → the "..." icon in the upper-right corner
- Click the Word Cloud chart that you added.
- Click the "..." icon in the upper-right corner to open the menu.
- Choose the action you need: Configure, Duplicate, Copy as Image, Export as Image, or Delete.
- To adjust the chart again, select "Configure" to open the editing panel.
- To output the result, select "Copy as Image" or "Export as Image."

3. Set type and data options
Entry path: Word Cloud editing panel → "Type & Data" tab
- Open the Word Cloud editing panel and switch to the "Type & Data" tab.
- In "Data Source," choose the table you want to use.
- In "Data Range," click "Data Filter" to set filter conditions.
- In "Keyword Field," choose the field used for keywords.
- Change the counting method based on your analysis needs.
- Adjust the display count and review the word frequency table.
- Set the fields shown in detailed data as needed.
- Review the result in the preview pane and click "OK" to apply the settings.
