1. Add a Word Cloud component to a dashboard
Entry point: Dashboard page → "+ Add Component" → Chart → "Word Cloud"
- Open the AirSheet dashboard page.
- Click "+ Add Component" in the upper-left area.
- In the component panel, find "Word Cloud" under the Chart category.
- Click "Word Cloud" to insert a default component.
- Select the component to enter editing mode and continue with data setup.
Success Criteria
- UI state: A new Word Cloud component appears in the dashboard.
- Next actions: You can open the editing panel and continue to configure data and style.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If you are not on the dashboard page, you may not see the "+ Add Component" entry.

2. Edit or export a Word Cloud chart
Entry point: Select an existing chart → top-right "..." menu
- Select the Word Cloud chart that has already been added to the dashboard.
- Click the "..." icon in the top-right corner of the chart.
- Choose the action you need: Configure, Copy, Copy as Image, Export as Image, or Delete.
- If you want to continue editing, select Configure to return to the settings panel.
Success Criteria
- UI state: The top-right menu opens and shows the available actions.
- Next actions: You can duplicate, export, or reconfigure the chart.
Tips While Using
- Common mistakes: If the chart is not selected first, the menu can be easy to miss.

3. Set type and data
Entry point: Word Cloud editing panel → "Type and Data"
- Open the Word Cloud editing panel and switch to the "Type and Data" tab.
- Select the data source you want to use.
- Set Data Filter if you need to narrow the data range.
- Choose the keyword field for the word cloud.
- Set the counting method and display count.
- Review the frequency table and the preview pane on the left.
- Click Confirm to apply the settings.

- UI state: The Word Cloud preview changes as you update the settings.

Entry point: Word Cloud editing panel → "Chart Style"
- Open the Word Cloud editing panel and switch to the "Chart Style" tab.

- Check the preview pane on the left.
- Click Confirm to save the style settings.
