How-to Guide
1. Create a Funnel Chart
Entry: Dashboard interface → "+ Add Component" → Chart → "Funnel Chart"
- Open the dashboard interface.
- Click "+ Add Component" in the upper-left area.
- In the component panel, find Funnel Chart under the Chart category.
- Click Funnel Chart to generate a default chart component automatically.
- Click the new component to enter edit mode and continue with data setup.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: A new funnel chart component appears in the dashboard.
- Next action available: You can open the edit panel and continue with data and style settings.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you are not in a dashboard page, the add-component entry may not be available.
- Environment note: The current page must support chart components.
2. Edit or Export a Funnel Chart
Entry: Click an existing chart → the "..." icon in the upper-right corner
- Click the funnel chart that has already been added to the dashboard.
- Click the "..." icon in the upper-right corner of the chart to open the menu.
- Select Configure if you want to update chart settings.
- Select Copy to duplicate the chart.
- Select Copy as Image to copy the chart as an image.
- Select Export as Image to save the chart as an image file.
- Select Delete if you no longer need the chart.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The upper-right menu opens and shows the available actions.
- Next action available: You can complete configuration, copying, exporting, or deletion.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the chart is not selected first, the target menu may not appear on the correct component.
- Environment note: Exporting an image requires a location where files can be saved.
3. Set Type and Data
Entry: Funnel Chart edit panel → "Type and Data" tab
- Open the Funnel Chart edit panel.
- In Data Source, select the table you want to use.
- Click Data Filter to set the data range or filter conditions.
- In Type, choose the funnel chart style you want to use.
- In Funnel Levels, choose how the funnel stages are built.
- In Summary Value, choose Count Total Records or Count a Specific Field.
- Set the detail display fields as needed.
- Check the preview pane on the left, then click OK to apply the settings.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The preview pane updates as you change the settings.
- Next action available: After you click OK, the chart displays the updated data rules.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If the stage field order is unclear, the funnel may not match your expected flow.
- Environment note: An available data source is required.

4. Adjust Chart Style
Entry: Funnel Chart edit panel → "Chart Style" tab
- Open the Funnel Chart edit panel and switch to Chart Style.
- In Theme Color, choose a preset color scheme.
- Expand Funnel Color to set colors for each data series.
- Expand Chart Elements to set label content, conversion-layer labels, font, and font size.
- Review the changes in the preview pane on the left.
- Click OK to apply the style settings.

- Interface result: Chart colors, labels, and font styles update according to your settings.
- Next action available: The updated chart can still be edited or exported.
