How do I set a member to read-only access?

  1. Open the target multi-dimensional table.
  2. Click Advanced Permission Settings at the top right.
  3. Open the relevant system role settings and add the member to the View role.
  4. After that, the member can view data but cannot edit it.

What permission does an unsigned-in visitor have?

  1. A visitor who opens the table through a sharing link has view permission by default.
  2. If you need to adjust the access scope, review the sharing settings.
  3. If you need clearer member-level permissions, add the user as a collaborator and assign a system role.

Can I directly change the default permissions of a system role?

  1. System roles are preset roles.
  2. Preset roles provide fixed default permission scopes.
  3. If you need more detailed permission control, consider using custom roles.
