1. Review system roles
Entry path: Advanced Permission Settings at the top right → System Role
- Open the target multi-dimensional table.
- Click Advanced Permission Settings at the top right.
- Review the current system role list in the permission panel.
- Confirm that the available system roles include Manage, Edit, and View.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The permission panel shows the system role list.
- Next action available: You can open a role to review collaborators or continue to role assignment.
Tips While Using
- Open the target multi-dimensional table before opening the permission panel.
- If the entry is not visible, confirm that your account has permission to view the setting.
2. Change a member role
Entry path: Advanced Permission Settings at the top right → Select a system role → Collaborators → Add Collaborator
- Open the target multi-dimensional table and click Advanced Permission Settings at the top right.
- Review the current system role list in the permission panel.
- Select any system role, such as Manage, Edit, or View.
- Select Collaborators.
- Click Add Collaborator.
- Select the target member and add that person to the chosen role.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target member appears in the collaborator list for the selected system role.
- Next action available: You can continue assigning roles to other members or return to another role.

- Confirm the target member's intended permission scope before assigning the role.
