Why did I edit the document without seeing revision marks?

  1. First, confirm that Revision is turned on in the Review tab.
  2. If the edits were made before Revision was enabled, those changes will not automatically appear as revision records.
  3. Turn Revision on and continue editing so new insertions, deletions, and modifications are recorded.

How do I process multiple revisions at once?

  1. Open Revision Settings from the Review tab.
  2. Under Accept Revisions, choose Accept All Revisions or Accept All Formatting Revisions.
  3. Or under Reject Revisions, choose Reject All Revisions or Reject All Formatting Revisions.

What information can I see in a revision record?

  1. A revision record can show the modifier name and time.
  2. Inserted, deleted, and modified content remains visible as revision marks.
  3. In collaboration scenarios, collaborators can view those revision marks.
