1. View field statistics

Entry: Bottom of the data table → Statistics bar → Select a calculation method

  1. Open the data table view that you want to analyze.
  2. Click the statistics value for a field in the bottom statistics bar.
  3. Select the calculation method that you want from the pop-up menu.
  4. Review the returned result in the bottom status area.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The bottom statistics bar shows the result for the selected field.
  • Next action available: You can switch to another calculation method or adjust filters and review the result again.

Tips While Using

  • The default option may be set to not display a result, so you may need to choose a calculation method manually.
  • After you apply filters, the statistics result is recalculated for the current filtered result set.
  • Statistics are shown only for the current view, so you need to set them again after switching views.
