1. Create a Statistics Field
Entry: the + button on the right side of the table header → Statistics
- Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
- Select Statistics from the field type list.
- Enter a field name.
- Click OK to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: a new statistics field column appears in the table.
- Next action available: you can right-click the field title and continue to field settings.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: choosing another field type instead of Statistics creates a different field.
- Environment note: you need a multidimensional table where field structure can be edited.
2. Configure Statistics Field Settings
Entry: right-click the field title → Field Settings
- Right-click the title of the statistics field.
- Select Field Settings.
- In the settings panel, choose the data table and field to aggregate.
- In Calculation Method, choose sum, count, average, maximum, minimum, deduplication, deduplicated count, or string concatenation.
- If needed, add conditions by clicking + Add Condition.
- Close the settings panel and review the field result.

- Interface result: the statistics field shows results that match the selected calculation method.
- Next action available: you can continue adjusting the field, calculation method, or conditions.
