1. Create a Statistics Field

Entry: the + button on the right side of the table header → Statistics

1. Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
2. Select Statistics from the field type list.
3. Enter a field name.
4. Click OK to finish.

• Interface result: a new statistics field column appears in the table.
• Next action available: you can right-click the field title and continue to field settings.

• Common mistake: choosing another field type instead of Statistics creates a different field.

2. Configure Statistics Field Settings

Entry: right-click the field title → Field Settings

1. Right-click the title of the statistics field.
2. Select Field Settings.
3. In the settings panel, choose the data table and field to aggregate.
4. In Calculation Method, choose sum, count, average, maximum, minimum, deduplication, deduplicated count, or string concatenation.
5. If needed, add conditions by clicking + Add Condition.
6. Close the settings panel and review the field result.
