1. Create a statistics field

Entry: the + button on the right side of the table header → Statistics

  1. Open the smart spreadsheet data table.
  2. Click the + button on the right side of the table header.
  3. Select Statistics from the field type list.
  4. Enter a field name.
  5. Click OK to finish creating the field.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: a new statistics field column appears in the table.
  • Next action available: you can right-click the field title and continue to field settings.

Tips While Using

  • Use a field name that matches the summary purpose for easier recognition later.
  • You can still adjust the summary method and conditions after the field is created.

2. Configure statistics field settings

Entry: right-click the field title → Field Settings

  1. Right-click the title of the statistics field you created.
  2. Select Field Settings.
  3. In the settings panel, choose the data table and the field to summarize.
  4. In Summary Method, choose Sum, Count, Average, Max, Min, Distinct, Distinct Count, or Concatenate.
  5. If you need to limit the summary range, click + Add Condition to set filter conditions.
  6. Close the settings panel and review the result.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the statistics field displays the aggregated result.
  • Next action available: you can continue changing the summary method, source field, or conditions.

Tips While Using

  • The result depends on the selected related field and the underlying data.
  • If you change the field source or conditions, the displayed result changes accordingly.
