How-to Guide
1. Add a Record from the Toolbar
Entry point: Top toolbar → “+ Add Record”
- In kanban view, click the “+ Add Record” button on the top toolbar.
- Open the Add Record details panel on the right side.
- Enter the content for each field.
- If you need fields that are not shown directly, click “Hidden fields” to expand them.
- If you want to keep adding records, select “Continue adding after submit.”
- Click “OK” to finish.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The details panel opens and closes normally.
- What you can do next: The new record can be viewed or edited in the board.
- No unwanted side effects: Existing cards are not removed or overwritten.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If required fields are incomplete, the record may not be submitted as expected.
- Environment note: You need edit permission for the current multi-dimensional spreadsheet.
2. Add a Record from the Bottom of a Column
Entry point: Bottom of a grouped kanban column → “+ Add Record”
- In kanban view, find the target grouped column.
- Scroll to the bottom of that column and click “+ Add Record.”
- In the Add Record details panel on the right, enter the field values.
- Click “OK” to finish.
- Check whether the new card appears at the bottom of that grouped column.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The new card appears in the selected grouped column.
- What you can do next: You can open the card and continue editing its content.
- No unwanted side effects: Existing cards in other columns stay unchanged.
Tips While Using
- Common mistake: If you do not confirm the target grouped column first, the record may be added in the wrong place.
- Environment note: The grouped column needs to be visible so you can reach the bottom entry point.
3. Delete a Record
Entry point: Kanban card → right-click menu → “Delete Record”
- In kanban view, find the card you want to remove.
- Right-click the card.
- In the shortcut menu, click “Delete Record.”
- Confirm that the card is removed from the current board.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The target card disappears from the board.
- What you can do next: You can continue adding, editing, or deleting other cards.
- No unwanted side effects: Other cards remain unchanged.
