  1. In kanban view, click the “+ Add Record” button on the top toolbar.
  2. Open the Add Record details panel on the right side.
  3. Enter the content for each field.

  • What you can do next: The new record can be viewed or edited in the board.
  • No unwanted side effects: Existing cards are not removed or overwritten.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If required fields are incomplete, the record may not be submitted as expected.
  • Environment note: You need edit permission for the current multi-dimensional spreadsheet.

2. Add a Record from the Bottom of a Column

Entry point: Bottom of a grouped kanban column → “+ Add Record”

  1. In kanban view, find the target grouped column.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of that column and click “+ Add Record.”

  4. Click “OK” to finish.
  5. Check whether the new card appears at the bottom of that grouped column.

Success Criteria

  • What you can do next: You can open the card and continue editing its content.
  • No unwanted side effects: Existing cards in other columns stay unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not confirm the target grouped column first, the record may be added in the wrong place.
  • Environment note: The grouped column needs to be visible so you can reach the bottom entry point.

3. Delete a Record

Entry point: Kanban card → right-click menu → “Delete Record”

  1. In kanban view, find the card you want to remove.
  2. Right-click the card.
  3. In the shortcut menu, click “Delete Record.”
  4. Confirm that the card is removed from the current board.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The target card disappears from the board.
  • What you can do next: You can continue adding, editing, or deleting other cards.
  • No unwanted side effects: Other cards remain unchanged.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: Check the card content before deleting it to avoid removing the wrong record.
  • Environment note: Deleting a record affects what collaborators see in the shared board.
