1. Create an Images and Attachments field

Entry path: Tap the header → Edit → Field Type → Images and Attachments

  1. Tap the header you want to configure.
  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  3. In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
  4. Select Images and Attachments.
  5. Enter the field name.
  6. Choose the display style as Thumbnail View or List View.
  7. Set the upload method if needed, such as allowing images to be uploaded only through mobile capture.
  8. Tap OK to finish.

  • On-screen result: A new Images and Attachments field appears in the data table.

2. Upload an image with the camera

  5. Use the device camera to take a photo.
  6. Upload the captured image to the current field.

3. Upload a local image or file from your device

Entry path: Tap the header → Edit → Images and Attachments field → My Phone

  1. Tap the target header.

  3. Tap the Images and Attachments field.
  4. Tap My Phone.
  5. Choose an upload method: a local file, or capture a photo.
  6. Select the image or file you want to upload and confirm.

  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.

  4. Tap Cloud Documents.
  5. Browse and select the file or image in cloud documents.
  6. Tap the target file to upload it.
