How do I share added images or attachments with other people?

  1. Share the related data table link with the other person.
  2. Ask them to open the data table and go to the matching record.
  3. If they have permission, they can view or download the content in the Images and Attachments field.

Why can’t I open the camera directly for image upload?

  1. Open the system settings on your iPhone or iPad.
  2. Find the permission settings for WPS Office.
  3. Make sure camera access is allowed.
  4. Return to the data table and try the Camera upload option again.

Why can’t I see local files or photos on my device?

  1. Check whether WPS has permission to access Photos or Files.
  2. Confirm that the target file is saved in a local location that iOS can access.
  3. Open the My Phone upload entry again and select the file.

What should I do if cloud document upload fails?

  1. Confirm that you are signed in to your account.
  2. Check whether the network connection is stable.
  3. Reopen the Cloud Documents entry and choose the file again.
  4. If the upload still fails, download the file locally first and then upload it through My Phone.
