1. Create an Images and Attachments field

Entry path: Tap the header → Edit → Field Type → Images and Attachments

  1. Tap the header that you want to configure.
  2. In the floating toolbar, tap Edit.
  3. In the field editing window, tap Field Type.
  4. Select Images and Attachments.
  5. Set the field name.
  6. Choose the display style and upload method. You can use thumbnail view, list view, or a camera-only upload option for mobile capture.
  7. Tap Confirm to finish the setup.

2. Upload an image with the camera

Entry path: Tap the header → Edit → Images and Attachments field → Camera

  1. Tap the header and open Edit.
  2. Select the existing Images and Attachments field.
  3. Tap Camera.
  4. Use the device camera to take a photo.
  5. Finish the capture and upload it to the current field.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The new photo appears in the Images and Attachments field for the current record.

3. Upload a local image or file from your phone

Entry path: Tap the header → Edit → Images and Attachments field → My Phone

  1. Tap the header and open Edit.
  2. Select the Images and Attachments field.
  3. Tap My Phone.
  4. Choose Local File or Take Photo in the upload options.
  5. Select the image or file on your phone and complete the upload.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected local image or file is shown in the field.

4. Upload an image or file from Cloud Docs

Entry path: Tap the header → Edit → Images and Attachments field → Cloud Docs

  1. Tap the header and open Edit.
  2. Select the Images and Attachments field.
  3. Tap Cloud Docs.
  4. Choose the file or image that you want to upload from Cloud Docs.
  5. Tap the target file to finish the upload.
