FAQ

What is the difference between an email field and a text field?

  1. An email field checks the entered content against common email address formatting.
  2. After the entry is accepted, the address can appear as clickable content.
  3. A text field is mainly for general text entry and does not process the value as email data automatically.

Does clicking an email address send an email immediately?

  1. Clicking the email address opens your default mail app.
  2. The recipient address is filled in automatically.
  3. The message is not sent automatically. You still review and send it yourself.

Why did my email address not pass validation?

  1. Check whether the address includes @.
  2. Check whether the part after @ includes a complete domain such as .com or .cn.
  3. Remove extra spaces or invalid characters, then enter the address again.
