  1. Open the mail page and enter Advanced Search.
  2. Review the available condition fields.
  3. You can combine conditions such as sender, recipient, subject, body, keyword, date range, folder, label, attachment name, attachment presence, and priority.
  1. Quick Search is suitable when you want to enter a keyword and search related emails immediately.
  2. Advanced Search is suitable when you want to set multiple conditions before searching and narrow the result range.
  3. If you only remember part of the content, start with Quick Search. If you need more precise filtering, use Advanced Search.

Can I save search results?

  1. The current feature description does not include a save-results entry.
  2. If you need to review a similar result range again, enter the keyword again or set the Advanced Search conditions again.
  3. It can help to note common keywords, date ranges, or labels for repeated searches later.
