Entry: Collaboration History panel → Select a record

  1. In the Collaboration History panel, click any collaboration record.
  2. Check whether the related content still exists in the current document.
  3. If the content is still present, WPS jumps to that location automatically.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: the document jumps to the related location and highlights the content.
  • Next action available: you can continue reading the surrounding context to review the impact of that change.

Tips While Using

  • If the related content has already been deleted from the document, direct location may not work.
  • If location fails, review document history and check an earlier version.
  • Highlighted location is useful when you need to confirm a specific change in context.
