1. Open Collaboration History
Entry: Open a Smart Spreadsheet → tap the top-right ≡ icon → History Version
- Open a Smart Spreadsheet.
- Tap the top-right
≡icon. - Select History Version from the list.
- Review the collaboration records for the current file in the panel that appears.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The collaboration history panel opens and shows the file's past actions.
- Next step available: You can continue to expand, collapse, or restore a selected record.
Tips While Using
- Open the Smart Spreadsheet file first so the related entry is available.
- In a collaborative file, records are displayed as historical actions.
2. Collapse or Expand Collaboration Records
Entry: Use the collapse control before a date group or action item in the collaboration history panel
- Open the collaboration history panel.
- Find the collapse control before a date group or a specific action item.
- Tap the control to collapse the related records.
- Tap it again to expand the related records.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The selected date group or action item is collapsed or expanded.
- Next step available: You can continue browsing records or restore a selected one.
Tips While Using
- When there are many records, collapse unrelated sections first to find the target faster.
- Records are displayed in time order for easier review.
3. Restore a Selected Collaboration Record
Entry: Tap Restore after a specific action in the collaboration history panel
- Open the collaboration history panel.
- Browse the list and locate the action record you want to restore.
- Tap Restore next to that record.
- Confirm the restore action to roll the document back to that time point.
Success Criteria
- Interface result: The document returns to the state of the selected record.
- Next step available: You can review the restored content and continue editing.
Tips While Using
- Use restore carefully before confirming the action.
- After confirmation, the document rolls back to that record, and collaborator actions during that period are rolled back together.
