1. View active devices

Entry point: WPS Home → Profile picture → Personal Center → Active Devices

  1. Click the profile picture in the upper-right corner of WPS.
  2. Open Personal Center.
  3. Select Active Devices.
  4. Click View to check the current sign-in status of your account across devices.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: You can see the list of devices currently signed in to the account.
  • Next actions: You can continue reviewing device details or sign out a selected device.

Tips While Using

  • You must sign in to your WPS account first, or device status will not be available.
  • It is recommended to review device information when your network connection is stable.

2. Remotely sign out a device

Entry point: Active device list → Sign out

  1. Review the signed-in devices in the active device list.
  2. Find the device you want to remove.
  3. Click Sign out next to that device.
  4. Read the prompt and click Confirm to remotely sign out the account and clear the cache on that device.

Success Criteria

  • UI state: The target device no longer keeps the current sign-in status, or its status is updated.
  • Next actions: You can continue checking whether other devices also need to be signed out.

Tips While Using

  • Confirm the target device before signing it out so you do not interrupt a device you are still using.
  • If you notice an unfamiliar device, sign it out and change your account password as soon as possible.
