How-to Guide

1. Open Device Management and view joined devices

Entry path: Meeting interface → More Features → Device Management

  1. Open an active WPS meeting.
  2. Click More Features on the bottom toolbar.
  3. Click Device Management in the expanded menu.
  4. Review all devices used by the same account in the current local meeting, such as a phone or computer.

  • Interface result: The Device Management panel opens and shows the joined device list for the same account.
  • You can continue: You can continue with audio, video, or leave controls for listed devices.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you have not entered the meeting yet, the in-meeting Device Management entry will not appear.
  • Environment note: The list is more useful when the same account has already joined the same local meeting on multiple devices.

2. Control device audio and video states

Entry path: Meeting interface → More Features → Device Management

  1. Open Device Management by following the previous steps.
  2. Find the device you want to adjust in the list.
  3. Click the Audio switch for that device to turn its audio on or off.
  4. Click the Video switch for that device to turn its video on or off.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The target device shows the updated audio or video state.
  • You can continue: You can adjust other devices or return to the meeting to keep speaking, presenting, or collaborating.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not confirm the target device first, you may switch the wrong device.
  • Environment note: The related device needs an available microphone or camera for capture tasks.

3. Let the current device leave the meeting

Entry path: Meeting interface → More Features → Device Management

  1. Open Device Management during the meeting.
  2. Find the current device that should leave.
  3. Click Leave Meeting for that device.
  4. Confirm that the selected device has left and check whether other devices remain in the meeting.

Success Criteria

  • Interface result: The selected device leaves the current meeting.
  • You can continue: Other online devices under the same account can remain in the meeting.

Tips While Using

  • Common mistake: If you do not confirm the device name first, your main device may leave by mistake.
  • Environment note: If only one device joined the meeting, using Leave Meeting will end participation for the current account in that meeting.
