FAQ
When should I use Device Management?
- Use it when your computer does not have a microphone or camera connected and you want to join the same meeting on a phone.
- Let the phone handle microphone or camera capture while the computer is used for screen sharing or viewing materials.
- Open Device Management to review and adjust the status of each joined device.
Why can't I find Device Management in the meeting?
- Confirm that you have already entered the WPS meeting interface instead of staying on the pre-meeting page.
- Click More Features on the bottom toolbar.
- If the entry still does not appear, update to the latest WPS Office version and enter the meeting again.
Can other devices stay in the meeting after one device leaves?
- Yes. If other devices under the same account are still online in the same meeting, they can continue to be used.
- Before you click Leave Meeting, confirm which device you want to remove.
- After the device leaves, check the device list or meeting view again to confirm the remaining device status.
