Entry path: WPS Home → Profile → Personal Center → Link Email

  1. Click the Profile icon at the top right of WPS.
  2. Open Personal Center.
  3. Find the Link Email option.
  4. Click Link.
  5. Enter the email address you want to link.
  6. Sign in to your email inbox and get the verification code.
  7. Enter the verification code and click Confirm to finish linking the email address.
  • On-screen result: The email setting shows as completed, and the linked email information is visible in the account.
  • What you can do next: You can use this email address to receive verification codes or complete account verification.
  • Common mistake: If the email address is entered incorrectly, you may not receive the verification code.
  • Environment note: The process requires an internet connection, and the email inbox must be able to receive messages normally.

2. Change a Linked Email Address

Entry path: Personal Center → Account Management → Link Email → Change Linked Email

  1. In Personal Center, find the Link Email setting.
  2. Click Change Linked Email.
  3. Use the original email address to receive a verification code and verify your identity.
  4. Enter the new email address.
  5. Enter the verification code sent to the new email address.
  6. Confirm the change to finish updating the linked email address.

Success Criteria

  • On-screen result: The linked email information is updated to the new email address.
  • What you can do next: Future verification codes and related notices will be sent to the new email address.
